Raised in Brooklyn, New York, Executive Chef Marcos Calle began his culinary career in his family’s kitchen, experimenting and creating various dishes. Marcos’ interests were peaked once he began a curriculum in Hotel & Restaurant Management in New York and subsequently graduated from The French Culinary Institute of New York. He began his career in the famous Bice Restaurant of Manhattan and later became the Executive Chef of the Banquet Division for the Hilton Group in Fort Lee, New Jersey. Marcos was offered the opportunity to open Restaurant Felice in the fall of 2003 and continues to impress the guests with his culinary skills.
